The Fennel Seed Restaurant
The Fennel Seed Restaurant at Ryan’s Hotel is the perfect venue for that special occasion; the restaurant can cater for all group sizes such as private and corporate functions, family celebrations, birthday dinners, surprise parties and any special occasion.
The chefs here have previously featured in both TV and magazines in Ireland, Europe and America including the TV series 'Great Chefs of The World', Distinction magazine and Denis was also the first chef in Europe to feature on the front page of the 'Saveur' magazine. The restaurant here can seat 100 -120 and with the wealth of catering experience here you are sure to have a wonderful experience. Outdoor catering of any size can also be arranged.

The Crowe's Nest
The Crowe's Nest is a 3 section traditional bar that has a homely atmosphere, with good food and friendly staff.
Here you can relax as you enjoy a drink by the fire or try something from the seasonally changing menu. It's ideal for those more intimate occasions. There is live music 2 to 4 times a week with a traditional Irish music session on a Sunday.
There is a big Screen which is perfect for all those sports events. The Crowe's Nest is the home of good music, good food and good atmosphere.
The Crowe's Nest is also a perfect party venue, all your needs can be catered for in the bar including finger food (hot and cold), cake, decorations and music.

Cong is famous for its fishing and of course the John Forde film "The Quiet Man". While here take the time to visit The Quiet Man Museum.
