ACCOMMODATION:
Bedrooms are furnished with orthopaedic beds & hypo-allergenic duvets, and are very comfortable and modern. They also afford great privacy to guests, been situated to one end of the house with their own entrance. Once you check in you are given keys to both your room and the entrance, so that you can come and go as you please for the duration of your stay.

Each bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom, all of which has spacious shower enclosure and power shower, with fresh towels provided daily.

Tea & coffee-making facilities are available in all bedrooms. All bedrooms are also equipped with large flatscreen television, and complimentary wireless internet connection.

Hair-drier, iron and ironing-board available on request.

Baby-sitting can be arranged for anyone requiring the service.

Although smoking is not allowed indoors, there is a sheltered, seated area
in the garden which guests are welcome to use anytime, or indeed any area of the garden.

Off-road car parking.

Full Irish breakfast (or any variation guests might prefer-please don't hesitate to ask) is served at your convenience at any time up until 10.00a.m.

Vegetarians also catered for!

ABOUT FETHARD
Fethard is one of the oldest walled towns in Ireland and is in an area of top class horse breeding and training. It is a great central base for touring places of interest in the South East, such as Limerick, Cork, Kilkenny and Waterford, all of which are just 60-90 minutes drive.
Fethard restaurants & pubs are easily within walking distance of the Cozie, including the renowned McCarthy's bar, as seen on T.V. and visited by many famous names. Also Lonergan's, known throughout Ireland for their spectacular Halloween themed decor each October!
There is music in the local pubs at week-ends, and the people here are extremely friendly and welcoming.
Fethard is just a short distance from the Rock of Cashel, Cahir Castle and the Swiss Cottage. It is also close to the Mitchelstown caves, Holy Cross Abbey and the very scenic drive through the
Vee Valley. The great shopping town of Clonmel is just 15 mins away.
