Paul and Sally McKenna's " Bridgestone 100 Best Restaurants in Ireland" has listed Chef Gary O’Hanlon as one of The10 Hot Chefs of 2012. Viewmount House was also awarded BEST HOTEL RESTAURANT IN LEINSTER in the Irish Retaurant awards 2010.

"VM" Restaurant offers a unique and contemporary dining experience. Head Chef, Gary O'Hanlon has created a menu based on the founding principles of classical cookery, but with modern twists. Every dish is prepared using only the finest ingredients-sourced locally where possible and changing with the season. We are uniquely lucky to have one of the finest larders in Europe from which to cook, delicious fish from the north west coast, daily supply, Dry Aged Beef, fantastic artisan organic cheeses and wonderful Game.
